Bank of America Financial Center Center St, Burlington

This is the worst financial center in whole country!! I would recommend not to visit this center even by a mistake, please go to centers in other towns. I withdrew money from bank teller, they gave me less money (40% less). I was in a hurry and left without counting. When I realized, they were temporarily closed for weeks. I reported, they gave me lame excuses. That experience still haunts me, they took away my hard earned money. I tried to contact everyone there but never got any proof that showed I was given all amount.

I've been to this chain a few times now and each time I had a great experience. The staff is wonderful! There's a lady who works in the far corner who's always helping out if the line is long and she's very sweet! She helped with a void check I needed. I brought my nephews in and she started a conversation with them too...which was great because kids get so bored at banks! I always try to use this location while banking now.

I have been waiting 20 min with 8 people in line have not moved watched 5 people walk out and say F this. 6 people working but only 1 tellers. The rest just watching asking if they can help when you say yes help the teller you get that's not my job...... then dont ask if you can help. This has been my worst experience I have ever had with BOA and will be looking for a new bank.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I totally would. The manager ALEX is terrible. She shouldn’t even work there. Please avoid this place at all costs. Couldn’t even wave an 8 dollar fee during the holidays. Didn’t know it bothered you that much to wave a fee. Does it come out of your check? Didn’t think so. Also a bank is a professional setting why are you wearing a turtle neck with leggings and booties? Since when is this business attire? Get it together Alex and Bank Of America. Thank god I don’t do business with y’all. A mess.

Worst bank branch I've ever been to. I'd rather drive further to another branch than return to this one.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pay off my card and be done with this company all together, only for them to send me a bill for $3.00 a month later. Charging me for my automatic payment of $51 (which my account is at zero) and then refunded the money and CHARGED ME 3 dollars because then sent me back money they wrongfully took to pay off my closed and paid in full account. You are all a bunch of crooks and unorganized unethical beings!

Today I was treated with excellence at the Bank of America of Burlington by Mr. James. w. harris. the service was the best possible. friendly and very efficient. thank you very much James for your patience, attention and dedication. James, thank you very much!

Extremely Rude manager. Went to notarize a document, said they do not have appointments until later and was going to check the schedule. Waited for 20 and he did not come back to me / check for appointment although that they had available notary who mentioned to him in front of me that she could notarize the document quick ...

they only had one teller working who DIDNT know what she was doing. She kept messing up my transactions. The other two were just watching the line get longer. they kept asking me to do other options for deposits because “they have a lot of people waiting”. how about you HIRE more people!!

Worst boa around here. The Indian looking guy is very unprofessional. They said they are busy and there is 2 hour wait for me to go grab lunch but there is no one there waiting. Avoid at all costs.
