I enjoy going into the branch because the staff is always very welcoming. Too request is too small. Because the ATM doesn't give $5 bills, I often go in to request withdrawals that need a $5. They are always courteous and friendly. I don't know the new staff members yet although the staff before Covid knew me quite well and it was like visiting friends. I'm sure as time goes by it will be the same.

The staff is always friendly! They acknowledge me by my name when I come through the door and the wait time, if any is short. No matter what my purpose is in being there, they happily assist. I never feel like I'm just a number to hurry through...always a pleasant experience.

Awesome Credit Union! Employees make you feel like family!. Not only does Call Federal have the best interest rates on cars the Employees are super friendly and go the extra mile to give great customer service. Highly recommend everyone to Call Federal!
