California Credit Union Woodley Ave, North Hills

I have never encountered this much incompetence in one place. The North Hills branch needs to provide serious training to its employees, starting with good manners and good member service. I have been banking with this credit union for 33 years. I will be closing my account. I gave one star because there is no way to give zero stars.

I have my account information stolen 3 times at this bank. The last time they debited my account for more than $400 + dollars. Adding insult to the injury. That I had already received from the person who stole my information. I would not bank here. No matter how good the service is, the account security sucks.

Came in wanting to get info on refinancing my vehicle and came out saving $150/month on my car payments! Friendly staff and Donna was beyond helpful and understanding with my needs, 100% recommend come and talk to her. Richard the manager will make sure everything goes smooth!

This branch has the rudest, most unhelpful employees. They seem irritated to help, give little information, and have zero interest in their customers. One of them was wearing sunglasses while helping customers. Since this is the only location near us, after 5 years, we will likely be changing banks.

This branch has the best service, the friendliest staff, and they are very accommodating. I highly recommend CA Credit Union if you are looking to switch or open a new account at a Credit Union.

We received excellent customer service from Roxana today, assisting us in placing my 96 year old friend's account into her Trust. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Also the branch manager Michelle was extremely competent, knowledgeable and provided us with directions to accomplish our task. Both Roxana and Michelle are an asset to the CA Credit Union.

I have banked at California Credit Union for very long time. The reason I originally went there is because I wanted personal service and respect from my bank. Sadly a couple of weeks ago I was done a huge disservice at this branch with a large deposit. After a second time in a row with snippy tellers I said I was going to close my accounts because of the behavior of the tellers and the head teller. The head teller told me to go ahead and do so and that's exactly what I've begun to do. I went to First Entertainment Bank open an account and come to find out one of the tellers I absolutely loved from California Credit Union is now at that Bank. I had complete respect and enjoyable conversations while opening my account. Branch manager went the extra mile to help with financial services so I opened a credit card acct, savings and checking. I would suggest checking in to opening your accounts there as opposed to California Credit Union. The turn over in teller's is high they no longer know who you are nor give the personal service that I valued so much. There is power in your money take it where people appreciate you.

Five stars gone: I've never given a bank five stars, so if that means anything, then know these people here are really cool. Branch manager made misleading statements that lead to my financial detriment. She then refused to address it and acted like a useless tool. Closed my account.

Both Alexandra C and Harry C are SO nice! I just opened an account there a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with the service. Harry notarized a document for me and even made me a copy! What a nice guy and Alexandra is so knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you both :-)

The customer service here is amazing! The people who work here are extremely kind and helpful. I thought leaving this comment would be the best way to show my appreciation.
