Worst service!! All I needed from the bank was quarters and I understand if I have to take out money for me to wait in line but they want you to use the ATM but the ATM doesn’t give you quarters. So I offered to take out the money from the ATM and if someone would still be able to give me quarters but they said I still have to wait on their 30min line. As someone who has worked for the bank before I know they are able to take the money and exchange it for quarters. The person in the lobby said they couldn’t leave the area because they had to stay there from what I know people in the lobby used to help customers whether that was at the ATM or ask customers in line what they were there so they are able to get rid of the line faster. Honestly very disappointed!

I have been to many banks in my life. This is the slowest bank in the world. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

By far the most incompetent and unorganized bank I’ve ever seen. You need better and additional staff. It’s a bank - not rocket science.

Only one teller when there is a long line inside and outside. There are two ladies just standing inside doing nothing said there don’t have extra teller. Apparently they are there for nothing.

1 Star is too much! Look for another bank! BofA is the worst ever. My issues were many and varied. Where do i start? 12 days hold for my locally-drawn business check. Failure to award the bonus for credit card purchases. 10-14 days to wait for response, then another 30-60 days for review for awarding the amount they contracted for signing up for credit card. Think I am complaining too much> Open account here. At your own risk!

Every time this branch takes one step forward. they take two steps back. They’re closing at 3pm , but it says they’re open till 4 o’clock on the Internet. so they turned me away at the door, and told me that they don’t have enough staff. Well maybe these people need to get back physically to a workplace not at home in there pajamas on the freaking computer. that doesn’t work for banking. And that’s why I have nickname this bank Bank of Mexico, because like the police in Mexico ,they just do what they want, to who ever they want.

They treat their clients like animals. They have no respect or whatsoever to their clients. Bank MANAGER came out and started yelling at me because I was waiting on the grass and under tree to avoid the sunlight. It was really hot outside. When I asked her why she was yelling she did not respond. BUT she made sure to bully me when I entered the bank. She made me get up from the couch and refused to let me see a banker. She said she is the bank manager. I am a business client with substantial cash flow and balance in my business account. Normally, Bank of America treats their clients with respect. I am beyond disappointed by this branch. Every time I stop by at this branch it ruins my day. PLEASE go to a different branch. Whoever is reading this comment from Bank of America, please do some more vetting before hiring someone as a manager. I am considering closing my account and moving all my assets to Chase.

20 people are in line waiting for service but all staff members except one go for lunch. Only one teller is open. Come on, manager needs to be replaced! Why can’t they take turns to go for lunch? Why all at once? Do they really care????!

Saturdays, they now close at 1 pm. Had to wait in line, there is a shaded area that has 6' markings. This branch did not offer water, It was UNUSUALLY 🔥 on this day. There were only 3 tellers available but staff did check 2 see if they could do simple deposits while one waited in line.

Banking with these people was the worst possible decision i could've done. No merchant line, all the managers do is stand in the back and look stupid. How are people supposed to run a business when you have to wait 20 min to even get to a teller. Our company deposits at least 7 figures every year and for them to tell my SON that they can't cash a damm 700$ check i gave him, because of some insecurities they have over the check is bullshit. They wanted him to wait for them to verify even after waiting 20 min in line. Saying they were dealing with 3 other people when all they are doing is staying in the back not doing anything. Being our bank for atleast 15 years. You have lost all our business and trust me i am going to take this matter to the better business bureau.
