California Check Cashing Stores N San Fernando Rd, Los Angeles

Been going there for years and now with a whole new staff I think they better hire people that greet and not have attitude. I recently went in there and employee started saying that I was making comments towards her and I don't even know her and she said she was not going to attend to me. Keep your problems at home.

I was greeted by a young lady right when I walked in. The place was bright and clean, and the service line moved pretty quick. I wasn't able to cash my check here, but I was treated with respect and I appreciate that.

Worst customer service ever. Felipe, the so called manager has to be one of the worst person I've dealt with. I ask him for a simple question. He asks me a thousand questions not having to do with the original question I asked. Hangs up on me. Then talks chet behind my back thinking that he placed me on hold. You need to ether re train or replace him.

This place is the worse place Ive ever been to!!! They basically accused me of stealing my bosses check book. They ruined my check so caused problems at my work place. They took all of my info even my SSN# just to say they wouldnt cash my check. The manager of the place was overly rude and asked personal information that was irrelevant to them doing their job. I seriously would just fire him in an instant. Never go to this place it is awful.

I highly recommend this place I have been going there for quite while. Even now that I’ve moved 10 miles away, I continue to go. The personnel is so friendly and helpful.

I called ahead to see if they cashed Western Union Money orders. They said yes but did not tell me they would charge me $25 and open up an account requiring my social security number. This was unprofessional and would allow the person at the window to perform IDENTITY theft. Nobody should ever use their service. If they would have told me on the phone, I wouldn't have made the trip.

One star is way too much of a rating for this place. Rude employees, a manager that lies and I would not go back and will tell everyone how bad of a place this is. A bunch of rude people who don't know what they are doing, I can't stand people who lie, if this is how all the stores are keep far away for your own good.

Liars... Went in for a second loan and was previously promised that I was eligible for the maximum. The lies began when I was denied the maximum as promised based on the fact that I didn't walk in to pay the loan. When I read the aloud from the actual contract how it contradicts her statement, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. She also failed to deposit my check as I requested therefore listing my payment as late. So NEXT time I went in (4 days later after talking with the manager Sai) I'm denied AGAIN this time being told that manager is no longer with us!! I reported this to the corporate office online, received a call and an apology, was then told I was eligible for up to $500 because of my "regretful" experience... Guess what happened when I followed up on THAT? Yep... I'll NEVER use California Check Cashing again and neither will the people who read my Facebook post, Yelp review, Google (now) and those I told verbally. The people at the store on 3217 San Fernando SUCK at customer service!!!

The service is very slow while commenting to myself about cashing it nearwhere I recv it from due to the fact he was asking me why i had recv check etc.which it was a business check from a well known company.Felipe then shoved check back at me .....this dude has the worst attitude in the world. I haveheard him spk with other customers in the same manner upon asking for district mgr or corp office number he told me he would instead of giving me number.

Staff takes 0 urgency in helping customers. Sub par customer service. 'So many places to cash your check. Don't waste your time here.
