California Check Cashing Stores Delta Fair Blvd, Antioch

Wrongly informed regarding payment due date is the biggest issue, while at the business after starting my transaction 2-4 people were done with there transactions before me but all of my info is up to date, two more mistakes made on employees behalf besides that regarding my transaction (amount) and (keyboard malfunction) is what I was shown and told, I will not do business at this location again but will have to contact a general manager regarding customer service training. I don't mean any disrespect but if I'm giving personal information to any adults that are of special needs I would like to be informed at the door, that way I can to be more understanding if that's the situation.

I've been at this location several times when I wasn't able to make it to my own bank. My experience with people has been above par very helpful and went out of the way trying to get my check cashed. They've been good for me they're a little high on their rates are as personal check I guess that's what you get when you're in an emergency. I would recommend this place LOL. Make sure you bring your seeing guys it's a lot of strange activity down there LOL.

The most ingnorent and stupid people working at this location

I never felt so humiliated and discriminated in my life! Went with my husband to cash his payroll check which was printed on a wells Fargo check on Friday January 18th 2019. I instantly felt the way they were looking at us. So after him handing in the required forms of identification the three meth heads on duty all had to look one the check. First excuse when is never heard of tastes on the fly. Five more minutes pass with her now asking to see the envelope the check came in, really? So after that now the check is old!? Yeah a two week old check is considered old. Now she wants the number to the place! So my husband gives it to her, she talks to the manager and now after confirming employment she finally decides she can scan the check which she should have done in the first place!! So I ask excuse me but I'm curious as to what constitutes as an old check because that check said he had 90 days... She flat out ignored me and then her coworker chimes in you just cashing all type of checks today like the approval Master huh? And rolls her head.. I can tell you that without a doubt the color of our skin was the factor in everything! First she never heard of the place, next the check is old, oh I forgot to Mention the comment made on how big the amount was... 500 and some change... 🤔 I will never recommend this place To anyone I hope they get some new employees since I saw for hiring signs everywhere in the place. Whew Rant over

I been going there 4 yrs but now the ppl they got there r rude like its their money they're giving u. Management need to fire everyone that's there and start over.

This place is horrible!If you go here,expect to wait at least half an hour.I've been here a couple of times and each time, the wait was more than 20 min.The line be out the door and they'll have 6 people working in back,but only 2 lines open.Very bad Customer Service!The customers be complaining and they be back there laughing at them.
