California Check Cashing Stores W 11th St, Tracy

I’ve been getting my registration done there for about six years and now this last time I went they want to charge me a fee for doing it and then they wanna charge me a fee for using my debit card at what point do they stop trying to nickel and dime people poor service and the manager had a poor attitude I’m done with this place. Ps. How many bad reviews must be written before somebody does something about the store.

I was a biweekly customer for over a year, bringing every check I made here for cashing. The last time I went to get paid I was given 3 fake hundred dollar bills and I wasnt aware of it for 2 days as I get relatively large paychecks and I didn't catch it on the spot. I live alone and keep my money stashed so I know that there can be no other explanation other then a cashier at this place giving me some fake bills. Whether they received some fake bills from a customer and recirculated them to me before getting in trouble or just staright robbed me is unknown to me. When I came back in and talked to them I was greeted with attitude. The response was "you didn't get that from us" well sweetheart I only got my bills from you guys for the past year and there is no other possibility. Needles to say, I never came back.

They offer a new line of credit where you can borrow more than the usual payday loan amount. DO NOT DO IT!! I borrowed from that line of credit twice. Same amount borrowed. But paid one fee the first time and a LARGER FEE THE SECOND. How you gonna charge more for the same amount? The explanation " its automatic we dont know why" horrible customer service unfortunately it's the only one by my work so I have to go to this one. Just warning future people to not get scammed by them

Terrible customer service, be aware of hidden fee when you’re request a loan, When to store ask about fee, customer service reply it not there problem, call 1-800 number if I want to close account…unprofessional

Payday loans. Usable in financial emergency only. There fees are way too high. If paying back, pay cash. Almost a $10 fee to pay back using atm.

Worse place to go cash a check they refuse to change my check because i already signed the check on the back im supposed to do it. The personal was rude and vause they disnt change my check as i left they were laughing so rude this place should get professional people on customer service.

The person that was helping me shortened me $1000. I had to wait till she counted her money in her register. The fee was way to high. They charged me 60 something dollars to cash my check. If I would have know I could of went to Walmart

Horrible experience. I wated money becuase the cashier didn't even know their own services and had too keep asking another associate. Will not be returning.

I am always glad to go into this location! Fast service and friendly employees. 3 ladys imparticular marie, fabiola, and chardonnay are always smiling and taking intetest in the customer wich is why i only go to the 11th st and tracy blvd location:)

If you are looking for a non compassionate cash advance establishment then this is the place. Being run by it’s bookish manager Gilbert, I wouldn’t like to go back.
