I'm glad it's not just me and my husband who are having a horrible experience with this company. I had better service with capitol one. I don't wanna refinance my auto but at this point I don't think i have a choice. Never again will I finance with them.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one and also wish I could leave a zero. I’ve had my car paid off for 2 years now and STILL have not received my title. Call and ask them and they’ll tell you DMV has it and I go to DMV and they say that it’s still in the lien holders name. Not to mention all the problems I had while making my payments. Zero out of 10, would NOT recommend!

If I could give a zero I would! This finance company are scanners!!!! Camelia does not know what she is doing. They say one thing and do another they are rude and think it’s OK to talk to customer any type of way. They need to go to school and get proper channels on customer service and how to do it speak to their customers. They are also pocketing in companies money!

Worst company I had an auto loan with. They have the worst customer service they bug you like crazy. This is a company that only cares about money then customers. They don’t refinance but make it impossible to let you refinance with another company. I feel sorry for everyone that has a loan with this company. This company needs to be shut down!!!!!

I'm astonished of just how TERRIBLE this "company" is. They are harassing, ruthless and plain disgusting. Brenda, I'm sorry maybe you need some love or something, but I dont think you should be working In customer service. This company is a joke. This company is harassing !! Even with the current Covid situation and living on u employment , I explained that I won’t have my money until 1 day after the grace period . The man calling from laguna beach rudely and aggressively told me that my car would be repoed if I didn’t find the money before hand . They have zero sympathy and as soon as my job opens back up I am refinancing !!!! I have now refinanced and am paying 350 dollars less a month with a real credit union. I advise to get your credit up and finance through a better company .

I have worked for Ford motor credit for years as a collector never once did I treat my customers like they have my husband and I. Supervisor made promises to me not to be charged a fee do to him staying they hadn't received my check then I had to pay one. Poor service especially with a pandemic happening. Rudolf is completely rude it is horrifying having a loan with them.

Most ridiculous financing company ever. Especially Brenda Felix, she is the rudest person ever. She talks to her customers like she has never been taught manners. I don’t understand how she still works there. And you ask for managers and they say they are not in. I’ve asked multiple times to have her removed from my account. I would give zero stars. Stay AWAY from this company.

Terrible customer service, the employee I spoke to literally was arguing with me I asked for my call to be escalated first she said why. I said it’s obvious to why she continued to argue then said I’m the manager now what . I wish I never chose this company DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE

Extremely poor customer service, when you call to make a payment they charge $4.99 in order to do it online or by phone. We are in 2021 and this company was left on the 90's. Interest are super high, specifically with low income hardworking people. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Stay away from it.

Someone needs to get BRENDA FELIX out of that company! Someone fire her, she’s is the rudest person ever. How she still works there I don’t understand, acts like she never been taught manners. Run from this company! Managers and supervisors don’t exist here. The most ridiculous company ever.

unfortunately my parents, who were first time buyers, were given this company for their first auto loan. What a very, very, terrible thing the stealership who sold my parents the car did to them. if your looking for a LOAN, look elsewhere. Better yet, save up your money, and buy a car with all the money in hand in my opinion. These people are like that crazy ex who constantly called you up to your phone because you didn't pick up on the first call. their unprofessional and their is no reason to give them explanations since they don't want to help you. My parents are paying them each month, a little bit late but, their getting paid. Not how they like to exaggerate when they call. Again, look else where... save yourself a huge problem.

i wish i read the reviews before i got my loan through them. I as well would have gave them a zero. I literally just hung up the phone left in tears after speaking to one of their agents who laughed at me multiple times during our conversation. In 2 years i have only been properly treated by 3 or 4 agents . i dont know how they are even in business still. I will let everyone i know about them. I hope future clients will read these reviews before moving forward with them. I am desperately trying to re finance my vehicle so that i dont have to deal with them ever again.

I if i could give them 0 stars i would. They automatically repossessed my car after I made an arrangement and they lied and sad that I didn't give them my new number when I told them to listen to the recorded line . Then i always have to fax them my insurance at least every 2 months. They are extremely unprofessional. Every time I talk to them the keep pushing up my due date and try to add on random late fees. Then they to try threaten me with repossession. Don't go to them at all or sign a contract with them . I'm happy that I only have a few months left

ZERO costumer service!! Very unprofessional and rude!! No sympathy for customers, always being harrassed by them. For a day that you're late on a payment they will constantly start calling and calling, leaving threating voicemails! DENISE SOTO one of the "managers" there was being very rude, unprofessional, not polite at all. Making rude comments and being sarcastic about a serious situation. Repoed my car AFTER i had made my payment! Still had to make a second payment just to get it back!

I’m going to first state that I have never been late on a payment since my loan started over a year ago, if anything I have paid early and an amount more than what my actual payment is, I am currently switching jobs and I called in to possibly have this months payment moved to the back of the loan on top of them denying me immediately saying it’s not a given (which I understand but was hoping would happen because I’ve been 100%with them) I had to call 4 different times being hung up on twice and sitting on hold for 45 mins just to tell me no. I’m not bitter but I feel they need to implement better business practices to work with their clients we’re human things happen that are out of our control if you see people being fourth right to your business give them a hand that’s all once my auto loan is paid for will no longer give them any business. Please stay away from these guys unless you absolutely have to and in that case don’t screw it up you are in no mans land...

I have never had an issue with customer service. I ask a lot of questions and I need things explained to me in detail. I never got attitude back and I actually have always spoken to patient people. I know rude people, I deal with them quite a bit... And they are not rude. This is my first time leasing a car. I am 24 and had very poor credit . I now have better credit and I am able to make my monthly payments because of their help. No one else would finance me at the rate I'm at now. Because of their help, I now have a better job because I can drive the distance instead of depending on Uber or public transit. My only suggestion is that we secure a better online payment system because I once made a payment online and somehow, it didn't work. Not sure what the actual problem was. But an app would be great so that I don't have to call each time to make a payment.

They've harassed me & people from my job who weren't even my references. They somehow contacted all of my Facebook friends and called all of my old jobs and have given out my financial information to references. Also they have CC'd my payment history to references and not to me as promised. I am now trying to refinance and the lady from their repo company lied and put that I was delinquent on my credit report but I'm all paid up until this month of May 2022. When I emailed Aubrey Diaz she refused to respond. They're trying to make it impossible for me to refinance and as I was giving birth and in the middle of my maternity leave now they've been calling me at least 15 to 22 times a day. I bought a car with them through 500 grand in Oceanside, California. The tire pressure was bad and they gave me bald tires and I told them this at purchase all they did was rotate the tires. The windshield wipers are no good. The left window has issues and when I took it to their shop they told me it was fine but it malfunctions in cold weather. The key fob didn't read the key properly so I had to pay out of pocket to replace it. Please don't purchase from these people.

They are a horrible company!!!!!!! They have harrased me to the point where they call all my family and they momma. One payment you miss and they even call your neighbors. They repoed my car after I missed a payment of only 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is bad and keep hanging up on you. Worst company ever, my husband’s truck payment is $418 a month plus the $5 they charge to make a payment. Interest rate is 19.99% and every month $200 of the $418 payment goes to interest! Am I missing something or does that sound wrong?! It’s been almost 2 years on a $12,500 loan! Insane. Stay away.

I was trying to clear a fraud account and they lied about calling me back, lied about speaking to a manager, lied about following up… THEY ARE LIARS! This says so much about them. LOOK ELSEWHERE and save your self from the head pain from dealing with this so called “company” one of the worst worst customer service…

Never again 🤣 if you get a car ask who your lender is because it should never be these people. When I was late the very first time for having my car for a year and 4 months 10 days late they threatened to repose my vehicle. They are unprofessional and talk to you like your done random off the street..... they gave me a car as is I accepted it but the ax was working and 2 days later went out check engine lights bad battery

They stole two monthly payments from me. Saying my card didn’t go through or hadn’t had enough funds when my back statement was showing they did in fact take my money. They charge me double for two months. Stole over $700 from me. Now I got a check because my account was part of a settlement they have. They still owe me my $700+. Run and get some real professionals

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Nestor is unprofessional and I was hung up on by a lady before that. The people there always seem to have attitudes for some reason. I would NOT RECOMMEND. No one was willing to help with my questions I kept getting cut off as I was talking which of course built frustration! This is ridiculous! DO NOT RECOMMEND FINANCING FROM HERE!

I would give them negative stars if there was any way to do that. Payment was 22 days past due and we made a payment arrangement on the account, this is a small business during COVID and they came and picked up my work van anyway. They did not honor the payment arrangement and could care less that they overlooked the notes in the computer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. I bought a full swagging GTA in my monthly payments were supposed to be $455 a month and gave me an APR of 25.8% and each month only $20 are discounted off of the $17,000 that I owe on the car per month!!!! There is also a few months that they had me pay an extra $22 saying that my card didn’t go fully through. Worst service ever!

Run, walk, or crawl.... ride a bike but do not take a loan from these people. For all the reasons and more that you'll read about. Like having your car alarm going off at 1am leaving you thinking your car was stolen because you made your payment the day before, but no it was towed even after they received their money, as you'll see in other reviews. I beg of you go elsewhere! They should be out of business. I really regret using them as my finance company. Nestor the supervisor is THE WORST! NOT TO MENTION THE COLLECTORS!! I wish at the first sign of trouble, ( days before first carnote was due) I would have cut my losses!!! Horrible is an understatement. I have asked for 5 months for them to explain how I owe late fees after being told I was current. It went from you were late, to interest on being late, to I need to hire an accountant. Well Nestor if I do hire an accountant, yall will be paying for him and all of my anxiety and stress. It is not complaining when asking for protocol and explanations. That is what you should do for your customers. Not gouge them for every nickel and dime.

The most disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional people. I will be glad when I pay my car off and don't have to deal with these people. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. *EDIT* This POS company screws you no matter what. My vehicle was paid in full ahead of schedule and they marked my account as closed, 30 days past due. How is it my fault you 1) played games when asked for the total payout and 2) took your sweet time cashing the check? How this company isn't classified as a scam is beyond me.
