If I could add more stars than 5 I would, they went above and beyond to help me and it was also last minute. I needed to get a loan as soon as possible and Chris was EXTREMELY helpful. He got in contact within minutes of me submitting for a quote online. Communication was mostly through text messaging. Not going to lie, I thought it was not a legit business so I decided to talk through the phone. Chris was awesome he made me feel at ease after talking to him. He was so patient with me while I was submitting the paperwork he required (through text messaging) I had to get the registration and smog done on my car( which he reminded me of, thank you!) He made it easy for me, and said they can do the registration( that helped SO much). I had to meet up in person with Gary so he could check out my car and sign paperwork. Everything went smooth and the fact that they were able to help me that same day( yes, same day!!) and get me a loan was such a relief. I got my check the by the end of the day. Thank you so much to Chris and Gary for making this go so smooth and easy. The timeliness was above and beyond(can't say that enough) so they deserve more then 5 stars honestly. NO I haven’t been paid to write this review, I’m a real life borrower, Car Capital and their loan officer’s (Gary especially) have been amazing through the entire process! I was approved for a title loan almost instantly over the phone, with no hassle. when I met with Gary in person too finalize the loan and sign all the Documents, he answered every question, he was very knowledgeable, and offered great advice as to how I should pay for the loan, also no penalty for paying off the loan early these guys are great highly recommended!!!!!

This was my 1st time ever, trying to apply for a loan with my car's title. I called and spoke to Chris Dang. I asked for basic information. He provided answers. He told me what paperwork I needed to bring to his office. We set the appointment. We filled out paperwork and signed contracts. He then gave me a check. Quick, easy and fast. Car Capital has been there for me twice when I had no one else to turn to for emergency funding. Chris and his other workers are courteous and helpful, working with me through the pandemic in making payments. If I have anything occur in the future where I might need a helping hand, I know I can reach out to them and they will do their absolute best to accommodate my needs.

Great friendly staff. Chris helped me from. Responding to my request down to finalizing the deal at their business, and even dropped me off to the bank to cash the check. These guys are really trying to help people in need and providing a service above and beyond what other loan places are offering.

Great, smooth process and relaxing experience. What to bring. Clear, paid off Title, employer info, pay stub, utility bill, and car insurance info. And a government issued ID. Highly recommended if in emergency situation for anyone, good or bad credit. And if you can pay it off in 3-6 months.
