We can’t say enough good things about Cyndi and Caliber Home Loans. They saved us from losing the home of our dreams when a different lender & broker we were using cancelled our closing the day of and said it would be an additional four weeks because they didn’t like the appraisal. We called Cyndi (which we should have done from the start) and she (and her team) were able to work with us and the process we had already started with the other lender and got us cleared to close in under two weeks. Right from the start all of the paperwork, emails, and DocuSign’s were accurate and they were always available to answer any questions we had. I can’t say the same for our previous lender. We are so thankful for her and her team! They turned around an extremely stressful and awful experience into a good one. Our only regret is not calling them right from the start!
