My initial experience getting the loan through them three years ago was great. You'd think with all the emails I received offering to refinance, that would be a great process as well. Dead wrong. If you're going to use them to refinance, look somewhere else. If you do use them to refinance, make sure Thomas Pitts doesn't do your appraisal. Better off using someone local that cares.

My experience was stellar throughout the whole process. There was not one question or concern that went unanswered. Steve Dick, Kathy Hines, and Celena Webb were so helpful and on top of everything.
