Bill made what we thought would be a difficult process a very easy and pleasant experience. I am so happy with my experience ! I honestly don't know if I can give all the credit to "Caliber Loans" I give all my credit to Bill Montgomery with Caliber Loans and his staff. I needed some help in the beginning I was running into other lenders that acted like I was just a number to them, Bill was the only one I came across that didn't treat me that way. His response time with every email I sent him was quick and he was direct the entire time, even through some obstacles I ran into during the way he directed me to get done what needed done.
