First let me say I was recommended to Caliber loans by a friend and have to say it had to be on of the best recommendations I’ve ever had. The experience with Caliber loans was exceptional. Not only was it taken care of fully from beginning to end, but was done with my knowledge, understanding and confidence. Everything was explained to me and everyone did what they said they were going to do at the same time being there for me when I had any questions or concerns. After trying to refinance with another lending institute I contacted Caliber Home Loans. I should have saved time and aggravation by contacting them first This is the second time I closed with Caliber. The team is top rate. They are knowledgeable and professional. It seems they work around the clock, they are always available to answer any questions. The Title Company arranged by them was also excellent, they even came to my home for the closing.
