Shwana is amazing! I can't say it enough. She is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease during the entire process. I specifically went through Caliber Home Loans because of Shawna. I have worked with her in the past and given the opportunity, I will always choose working with her anyone else. There were no surprises, she kept me informed every step of the way and the entire process went so smooth.

Payment center a joke! Took 2 payments out then when i called them on this was told they would refund 1 payment but would take 5 days, then nothing called and would be another 5 days, then they sent request to wrong office and i would get check mailed to me .... then called and said because they couldn't get pay returned in time they were applying it to July's payment..

Shawna was so easy to work with. She was knowledgeable on the whole him buying process. Thanks to her, we were able to close on our home quick. She made sure that we understood what was going on and what things meant. There’s no one else I’d trust more than Shawna for the purchase of a home!

I have done 2 different home loans with Shawna and her team with Caliber. It was an easy experience. She helped me with what she could and I had to do the rest. I do recommend them. Its alot easier to work with them then a bank. All they do here is home loans so they make you a priority unlike banks. Looking forward to doing more business with this team soon in the future.

Customer service from the national office is extremely ineffective. They are always blaming the computer system. Information is usually oblique and confusing. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time managing my account than necessary. I would sooner spend the day at the DMV, or the week on a dentist chair. These people are incompetent and 1 star is too good for them.

Shawna and Haley were amazing. They make you feel right at home, and made the process the easiest it's ever been. I will definitely recommend Shawna to everyone I know. Thanks for everything.
