I have been a member since 1993. I have had GREAT service, and very Professional Loan Officers, and the the Tellers are always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend CAL COM FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. They also have 3 locations, to serve your everyday needs. Keep up the Great Job!!!

Horrible credit union. After many years of being their loyal customers and receiving poor service, my family will have to go elsewhere. The tellers definitely need more training, crucial mistakes.

Terrible service! The rude tellers don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place.

Have been a member for over 20 years. Due to all that is going on in 2020 I needed help financially and calcom wasn't there for me. I am closing my account and moving to a better Bank. I can't help but think that these people only take care of their own.

This credit Union is a member of the Co-op connected credit unions, but refused to provide the services they are supposed to as per the rules of the co-op. I needed to cash (or at least deposit) a check, which is one of the roles of the co-op credit union, and they refused service to me.
