I purchased my Cadillac when the dealership was Allen. Even then the service was low level for a Cadillac dealer. I talked with Cliff Allen about the difference between my experience at this dealership vs. my experience at Mercedes Benz of LN. Huge difference. In my experience, this dealer is not easy to get service done. Make an appointment, still wait 20 minutes for check in and then dealing with the Service writers attitude. I got the feeling, the service writer (Jackson) thought he was doing me a favor by taking care of a safety recall. My recommendation, pick another place where they treat you as you would like. This one seems not to care about a customers views. The dealers response is inaccurate. It was Jackson that started the attitude, refused to speak with my insurance company and verify coverage. All he had to do was ask the agent to email over the current coverage card. But he wouldn't! Refused outright! There was no place to sit and get the info myself. They expected me to stand in the middle of the room and try and get the info. I held my phone so Jackson could tell the agent where to email. He wouldn't do that either. He didn't offer to drive me home if they weren't giving me a loaner. He didn't suggest rescheduling or any solution other than me call my insurance company. So understand it was Jackson that had the attitude, I just wanted the recall issue addressed and he made it an negative experience.
We feel that this is an unfair assessment. The issue we had with this customer was that he did not have his insurance card which is a requirement. This customer then became very aggressive with our advisors. This customer has not been here in 6 years, and we had the same issues then.

I had a relatively mild issue with my Chevrolet Cheyenne and Adam replied, "Yes, I've seen that, we can handle that." He also informed me I could bring in a Chevrolet to a GMC dealership and have warranty work done on it. I was initially told it'd take three hours although it was two hours later when it was all ready. Not only that, the complimentary "car wash" was an actual wash with the interior clean as well. I wasn't expecting that. The wait wasn't that bad, there was an espresso machine which made the wait more bearable. There were also three desks for people to use their laptops and the Wi-Fi strength was pretty strong. A few days later, they sent me a video of their findings and it was thorough, they inspected the fluid levels and topped some off, showed the disc brakes and the tire tread depth. All good.

I recently drove from LV to Laguna for a mini vacation and our brand new 2021 Escalade broke down on the 73. After talking with Onstar and running a diagnostic I was going to have road side assistance help me, they were not helpful at all, so I called this service department and spoke with Steve Pacheco. Luckily o was only 10 miles away and brought it in. After going over all the issues he knew exactly what the problem was. He quickly diagnosed it, and on a Wednesday at 4pm said my car was going to need a 3-4day repair. I only had two days there, he called me the next day to tell me he had assigned a mechanic, and he had all the parts and could get me back on the road by Friday, the day I needed to leave. Steve was extremely patient, helpful and communicative. Honestly I couldn’t have broke down closer to a more professional dealership. I would highly recommended this dealership for service. He called when he said he was going to and followed up faster than anticipated. He was patient and helpful in this not so great situation. Thank you Steve and the whole Cadillac team!

I located the vehicle I wanted on line and made an appointment. Met with Ron Evans to discuss pricing and my trade-in. I waited a week before I returned and during this time I was never pressured to hurry up and make a decision. Everything went very smoothly from checking out the vehicle, the paperwork and financing. Ron was very helpful and patient with me during the process. Ron walked me through the set up of all the controls and paring of phones before I left the store. He has even checked in several times to see if I had any questions or needed any help. I would definitely recommend Allen Cadillac GMC and Ron Evans. They will be my first choice when looking for my next car.

The problem is you did not look at all at the engine lights.That is what the problem is and was. Do you realize that was why I was there. Your guys missed the emissions lights. The transmission lights. What your guys should have done is give a diagnostic on the engine light. My transmission is troubled and my emissions are not to par. You sold me new tires. Here look at this. It was taken today
Hi Ana, Your vehicle came in with the tire monitor light on, and a nail in the tire. While inspecting your vehicle, the “check engine light” was not on, nor was there a complaint about the check engine light being on. We replaced the tires and removed the tire monitor light. We do apologize for the miscommunication between yourself and our technician.

With owning a luxury Cadillac you expect luxury service. Allan Cadillac exemplify white glove customer service approach. From the time I called to set appointment, they offered me a loaner vehicle to not inconvenience my daily schedule. Upon dropping off my car I was quickly welcomed who reminded me that I got everything out of the vehicle I needed, and offered me a water or coffee if I wanted one. On this occasion I was helped by Steve Blacker, who quickly gather all my info and made sure everything was correctly logged into the system and was then on may way. Once there was an update Steve communicated that my car was ready to be picked up and asked if I wanted a free car wash. Once I arrived my car was quickly pull up and I was on my way. Lots of people try avoid servicing their vehicles at dealerships because of the fear of cost or negative experience. Knowing that I am bringing my car to experts who know and understand what they are doing and to have such a positive customer experience is the main reason I will continue to bring my vehicle for service at Allen Cadillac.

We stopped in to test drive an Escalade. Unfortunately, we seemed to have been judged that we could not afford it. Taking it for a test drive, we were told we could only drive it a short distance down the side road with a speed limit of 35 mph. The excuse was they didn’t want to put a lot of miles on their new cars. It was pretty offensive- I am not going to spend 117k on a car that I have not taken an appropriate in. The next day we purchased a sport platinum esv from a dealer that treated us respectfully. I’d ask the manager to stop the practice of judging how much money they think a client has and being so obvious in his stereotyping.
We are sorry you had a bad experience here. We apologize that you felt judged but we can assure you that is not the case. Since they are such a limited amount of Escalades, we have to be careful about how long the test drives are because if someone is going to spend such a large amount of money on a brand new car, they want very few miles on it.

I purchased a new GMC AT4 Yukon 6 months ago. My wife loves the car, but we have an issue that leads me to a 2 star review and alerting other potential customers. At purchase we bought roof racks, which were not in stock. I have called, emailed and followed up only to be ignored by our sales rep and told by the parts department the racks would be delivered if they had the order which they do not. We paid a lot (as you know given the cost of OEM parts) for the roof racks and have been repeatedly ignored by our sales rep who seems to be the only person empowered to help.

I purchased a 2018 Lexus IS 300 this week from Austin with the help and guidance of the sales manager, Don. These guys are awesome, they made me excited to be in debt (not too much though)! Lol. Was actually able to get my monthly payments $5 UNDER what I wanted it to be. They worked with me on the price and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I had a not so great experience with my first salesperson but after calling Don the following day he paired me with Austin and he was great! Very transparent about pricing, I liked that I could submit my info for financing online and by the time I came in they had my financing options ready in front of me. Steve offered me some extended warranties, and although I did decline based off of my lifestyle and the car itself, he was incredibly polite and not for a second did I feel uncomfortable. I did decide to go with the LoJack add-on because austin was able to work with the pricing to basically make it feel free! I totally get the used-car market right now is insane and there isn’t much wiggle room, but they got it figured out! I ESPECIALLY appreciated that these guys were quick to offer putting on a mask when they saw that my mom and I had ours on, she is immune compromised so it really meant a lot to me that they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. I would absolutely do business with these guys again! I have incredibly high standards for my shopping experiences because I am in sales myself. I did, however, decide to let Carmax buy my car rather than trading it in, but that helped me have a 30% larger down payment! So I definitely suggest getting your buying offer from Carmax and using that as your down payment with the Laguna Niguel Cadillac. I actually took the car to the local Midas during my test drive and paid $100 for an inspection. The mechanic said the car was in fabulous shape and had no notes! He said I was getting a great deal on it! Thank you to the Laguna Niguel Cadillac team for helping me buy my dream car!!!

My fiancé and I wanted to purchase a 2020 CPO GMC Denali from this dealership. We live out of state. We intended to fly there to purchase it and then drive the vehicle home. We were told that they are unable to sell us the vehicle because we live out of state. I never heard of such a thing! Almost every vehicle I have ever bought has come from out of state and I never had this happen. I don't get it! They have a vehicle but won't sell it to me. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!!
Hi Tom - after speaking with the used car manager, I did confirm they would sell you the GMC Denali, but you would have to pay CA sales tax. Since you were not willing to do this, we would not be able to proceed with the sale. There are certain laws we have to follow to stay California compliant. Please call Dane Dunn at 949-485-3700. He can go over this in more detail, and clear up any possible misunderstanding.

It was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle! I discussed what my wants where over the phone, they found exactly what I was looking for. Then I was able to continue working while they put the financing together and made the truck ready for me to take home, so when I actually walked into the dealership all I had to do was sign papers and walk out with my Brand New Truck!!! The whole process only took maybe 30 minutes!!! Oh and the salesmen that helped me where top notch.
