Cadence Bank Pharr Rd, Atlanta

Cadence Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Far from customer centric, it seems all policies have been made to inconvenience the customer. Requests that could easily be handled via phone or web require a branch visit. Cadence purchased my original bank (State Bank) and the relational banking experience I had become accustomed to is now non-existent. Customer service reps are rude, hours are limited, and there is a charge for everything. If you can help it, bank elsewhere!

Cadence bank bought our smaller local bank and brought with them tons of rules & restrictions. Among the more egregious policies, they hold deposits for up to a week! Also, the debit card seems to decline more than it approves. Once Cadence invades your bank, you better run!

I did SBA Loan with State Bank, it took them 6 months to close on 200k loan with almost 13k closing, They will lie to you all the way and ask you to sign contract that basically says they will charge you whatever they want for closing, but on phone they will tell you $8000, complete crooks I would never do any business with them again.

Absolute worst banking experience one can have. Cadence Bank purchased our local bank (SB&T) and everything has become extremely inconvenient with horrible customer service. Mr. Ford, the assistant branch manager at this location, doesn't even pretend to try to offer any sort of customer service satisfaction. Useless establishment. Read all the other reviews and consider any other bank.

Excellent customer service so far. The branch manager and team are very professional and proficient. We had no problems when opening our business account it was very thorough even during this 2020 year we have all gone through. We even were referred to a quality CPA firm through this branch. Even the atm banking is good as far as depositing cash and checks for our business.
