I was recommended Elva by my realtor after I faced some issues with my original lender. Elva was able to close the financing under tight deadline. Elva is very knowledgeable of the mortgage business and has the best mortgage solution for any situation you are in. She has a variety of loan options that she goes over with you and recommends what might be best for your situation. She is very prompt and diligent in pushing the lenders to get things done on time especially for something like appraisal which could just take forever to schedule and complete. She was very patient and responsive to my million questions and was very professional in talking to the seller’s agent as well.
