For us this was a 2 year journey after being in a adjustable rate and just coming out of a bankruptcy. Michele and her team worked with us to get a fixed rate that was lower than our adjustable but, most of all kept the rate from moving up for us. Then helped us work on our credit score and the next steps to getting a really great new 30 year fixed.
