My home loan process was very smooth and easy! When my Realtor said she used Byron I immediately remembered that he was the lender that I had used about 5 years before on an "almost impossible" refinance! We recently refinanced our home and would like to thank Byron for the incredible job he did and the effort he put out. Whether you’re buying or refinancing your home, it is important to shop around for your lender. With that being said, Byron should be your first call. I contacted seven different lenders during this process. No one was able to come close to the value or level or service that Byron provides. He was the only lender willing to make phone calls to tell me what rates were at, what the market was currently doing, Or what to expect in the process. I sincerely wish I had his phone number when we purchased the house, but I’m grateful we found him for our refinance and I encourage anyone who reads this to contact him. If you’re new to the process, he his by far the most helpful lender you will find. In terms of value, he led the pack with the lowest fees. When I contacted him and told him we were shopping around, he was willing to lower his fees right out the gate to stay competitive. He said from the beginning that if we could show him a lower rate, he would do whatever he could to beat it. True to his word, he stayed competitive to the very end. When we closed, we got the rate that we wanted for about $900 cheaper than his competitors. Byron by far was the most professional, responsive, and competitive lender I contacted. His customer service was absolutely phenomenal and if you’re new to this process, he is absolutely the person to call. We can’t recommend Byron highly enough! We felt like our home buying process was in great hands as he is incredibly thorough and trustworthy. Escrow was very sticky and tricky, he advocated for us with the underwriters and with the buyer!
