I found this company to be very confusing and difficult to work with. I did not receive timely reports without my asking a pushing for them and the advice given was also inferior and conflicting. I left after 9 months and cannot recommend them at all.

Today I bumped into situation where I never thought I will. While they seem they show care to their customers, just to have more customers file with them, and keep the income going, they bypass legality of the situation. While, I called two times to make sure they do not file any tax forms without my signature, they went ahead and filed both my and my husbands taxes without our signature. This is not what I was able to do in California ever. In cases, if one partner was not present, we were not able to file our taxes. And as far as I know it is illegal. Last year, I used their service for filing our taxes. Last year they filed my tax without checking my monthly sales for the business I have. I am pretty sure that is not how it works. Yes they had my bank info and did the bookkeeping, but they had to get my sales to make sure the income and outcome correlates with what is being filed. While, It was kind of them to inform me to what address to report taxes, I find their current act unprofessional.
