Every detail of the Refinancing process was as discussed on the initial interview. They keep you up to date every step of the way with status updates. Brynn was great in collecting all the necessary documents, data and submitting all documentation for processing of our refinancing loan. Broker house lending and John Moel went above and beyond in getting our mortgage. It was a 2nd home for us to share with our adult daughter in Louisville, so financing was a bit more difficult for us. John guided us through and kept us informed throughout. Buying a house is terrifying. So, let’s say you’ve found the perfect house and your offer was accepted. Might as well stand up straight for your 1st Place ribbon, right? No! Don’t believe it! You are nowhere near the finish line. A million and one obstacles are still in your way: specifically, your loan. Enter Andy, a broker at Broker House Lending Whether it was the condition of the house or the condition of us, a couple of loans fell through. I knew the depths of despair – this house really was our unicorn home – and, every time something went sideways, Andy said: Don’t worry. We’re going to make this work. I stared at the speakerphone with maniacal depression while my SO sort of smiled and shrugged, “Andy’s got this.” Although there was absolutely no reason for it, we closed on Friday. Quite frankly, I would not be writing this from my beautiful new home if it weren't for John Moel and his team at Broker House Lending (BHL). After a terrible experience with another lender, then nothing but "no's" from seemingly everyone else I approached, I reached out to BHL just two months before my new construction home was set to be finished. He got us a great rate on the loan. He's a stand up guy, a veteran and a family man. I utilized BHL in the Fall of 2020 when purchasing my first home and had an amazing experience. I wasn't so sure that I would even qualify, but BHL found a way to get us to the finish line.
