Great service from Gary Spaulding and First Commonwealth Mortgage. They were the first to get in touch after my request at Bankrate, and every step of the way they kept our refi going quickly. I was able to text, email, or call Gary at any time to get questions answered. Very happy with the rates and service.

Braian DaSilva was awesome to work with to refinance my mortgage to secure a lower interest rate. Braian was able to put together the best refinance offer that I could find when shopping for the lowest rate. Braian's strength is his superior customer service to his clients. Braian was always accessible to get in touch with during the entire process to help answer quesitons and assist in processing all the paperwork. Braian is a man of his word. He promised he could get the refinance done in 22 days. It only took 19 days from signing an application which locked in an Interest Rate to signing Closing Documents.

Do yourself a favor and use a different Lender. I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I have never had a client treated so badly. Corey Jameaon is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. Didn't return any calls or emails from the title company, the insurance agent, the brokers and most importantly, the buyer. Warn your buyers! Any Lender could do better than these clowns.

No other lender was able to get me a loan. Arjun worked hard at getting the loan for me. He closed very quickly. There were challenges that came up but Arjun was able to work with me through the challenges and we were able to purchase a new home! Thanks so much

As a single mom, I thought that buying a house was out of my league. Arjun showed up, taught me how to reach the bases, and hit a HOME run. Our loan officer Arjun Sutaria was very responsive from day 1 and we could always reach him on his direct line anytime and he always responded very promptly. I never had to speak to a third party individual or recording. As first time home buyers the process was very unfamiliar but when our original lenders fell through Arjun helped us get a loan and ultimately my family into our first home. We could not be happier with the service. He made himself readily available to me and my realtor throughout the whole process. I've used First Commonwealth twice- my initial FHA purchase and subsequent refinance some years later. Jeff Feger handled everything perfectly- very detail oriented, very fast response to any questions, worked up multiple mortgage options and discussed the pro and con of each. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and makes sure all questions are understood so the client can make the most informed decision. I was very pleased with his service and can recommend First Commonwealth Mortgage without hesitation.

I purchased a rental property as well and refinanced two properties within 2 months because of his knowledge of the process. If you choose an inexperienced officer, it will cost you time, more paperwork, and money. The overall experience was absolutely seamless as Arjun took care of the end-to-end process & I only had to share the relevant documentation to complete the process. As a first-time buyer, I wasn't really aware of several aspects & Arjun did a fabulous work to get me acquainted with it & provided the right inputs which eased my decision making. It's funny how you guys are quick to get defensive in your reviews response. However if Arjun Sutaria was professional from the beginning he won't have pre approve us.
