Hi had the pleasure of speaking with Bria. I called for one simple matter and she was able to help me in a timely and professional matter. Not only was she professional and attentive, she went above and beyond to research my account for possible charges that I may not have known about. She really made me feel like a valued customer.

The representative Andrea that provided assistance was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She took the time to research my request and provided options to resolve my issue. Definitely had a good experience interacting with her.

Wow!!! I have been a client at Brightstar for over 10yrs and I have dealt with the hassle of ATM's not working delays in transaction approval due to it not being a for profit institution. I did not know however that it also meant that as a customer I would be treated as bother or as a inconvenience by simply asking for help. The ATM machine did not give back my debit card so I asked for helped I was approached by a very negative aggressive female in her early 50's long black hair. So told me wait and that I was lucky to have her help me as the bank wasn't open even though the bank opens at 8 (drive thru) and I was in the drive thru so yes employee you are open. This is exactly the type of situations and experiences that hold back this company from ever truly becoming what they envision. I will be looking at other options for my business and personal banking

The representative that I just spoke to 6/2/22 customer service was superior! When she answered the phone she was very polite, energetic, and knowledgeable. Right away she was able to resolve my issue, and in the process let me know the promotions that BSCU currently have for all members. She also let me know some features on the BSCU card app that I didn’t know about but thanks to her I will be using those features in the future. Unfortunately, I didn’t know the young lady name but she is AWESOME!!!

Marcedes was amazing! Excellent customer service; after being frustrated from weeks of lousy service, misinformation, and being hung up on, she did her best to help and inform me of my options. When unsure Marcedes did her Do diligent by contacting higherups. Thank you!

Best Customer Service Rep ever! His name is Rueben and he walked me through the steps of what I needed to do regarding my account that was hacked. He made recommendations , was extremely patient and empathetic and he made my day! Wonderful experience!

It really hurt my feelings to share this, but I am extremely disappointed in my decision to bank with bright Star credit Union. I feel this is by far the worst section I could have made. I wish I would have dived in deeper when I was doing my research. 1. They are not confident at all. Only 3 locations. 2. I can never reach a reliable agent on the phone if I need help. 3. Their hours are not even convenient for actual full time working individuals. 4. Their customer service in the federal Highway branch is by far the worst. I hate to use the word hate, but I hate it there. Unfortunately, I have to wait on Friday to terminate my relationship with the bank since they close at 7p.

The rep I spoke with was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Her name is Martina, and she deserves a raise! Thank you Martina! This is going to be a wonderful business relationship! ☺️

Rena was so patient with me in setting up my User ID and Password so i could get into on line banking. I am not bright with setting up and she was So Patient and kind. I understand her supv name Kathy i hope she gets this message. Thank youagain

I had 2 issues that were resolved within a few minutes without any frustration. I was considering closing my account because I have too many bank cards but I’ve changed my mind and will definitely stay with this credit union.

Marcedes was excellent in leading me to get access to my account, making sure I knew of benefits of their credit card, and necessary forms to make changes to my account. So glad I switched from BoA to BrightStar!
