Downsizing is something I had to do to be able to afford to do other things other than sit in my house. However, I can honestly say I was not ready mentally to change homes. Brian definitely has many excellent qualities. Listening is one of them. He did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted to accomplish with buying a different house. He also has that personality that can make you feel like everything would work out just fine. He was always asking 'what can I do for you', which shows the compassion he has for his customers.
