I’d like to just give Randy and his team a big thanks for the work they did on my home refinance. I’ve worked with other companies when it comes to my home mortgage and by far Randy and his team have done a way better job. They never said they couldn’t do something, he said he could and did it. He was up front and didn’t haggle me. We’re very pleased with Price Mortgage. I would recommend if your looking for someone to help in your Home needs Randy and his team are good!

We were in need of two mortgages in order to purchase our home. Fist we needed a bridge loan. To further complicate our situation our debt to loan ratio was critical. In my many experiences of purchasing or refinancing a home (10+ occasions), I have never had as attentive and personal care as Randy provided to us. He truly cares about doing what is best for his clients, and patiently worked with us to find the best solution for us in a complicated situation (refinancing a current home and purchasing another home, VA loan mixed in, etc). He worked with us through all the possible options, helping us come to what was the best decision for our situation. Then when the closing documents were looking to be delayed, he went above and beyond to get them complete in time for us to sign and close on time. We have never had as communicative or caring of a lender as Randy. The next time we have need of a lender, we will not hesitate to call him first!

I have worked with many loan officers in my lifetime. Randy is the best I've ever worked with. He exceeded my expectations on every level. Not only is he an excellent communicator who makes himself available on a moment's notice, but he is so knowledgeable and thorough. He keeps you updated on status of the loan on a regular basis during the process. He also sends U-Tube videos for each step in the process which educate you on the process so that you understand the paperwork and what you are signing. I'm an old CPA and I never knew what some of these things were! I would use him again in a heartbeat.
