She was so professional and sweet she offer me life insurance also along with my auto insurance never experienced that with other insurance company. I have been working with Jessica Taylor over the last 2 weeks leading up to the closing of our home today and a move across the US 1000 miles which is occurringin 2 weeks into that home. Matt Donaldson is the best! As a first time home buyer, I was very green to the process! He was able to explain everything to me and help me better understand. He also went above and beyond to make sure I could get the best rate possible! (offering multiple lines of insurance, courses for discounts, etc.) I went through many different options with other companies but he was the only one who was not overwhelming with call backs or forcing me to obtain his policies. Not to mention and little did he know, Statefarm was the best option for the money I had anyway! His responsiveness and knowledge was superb! I would definitely recommend his services to any and everyone as I genuinely enjoyed working with him!
