Great Customer Service. They will take the time to talk things over with you and explain things. The loan department is great and have some of the best rates around. Been a happy customer for over 20yrs.

The people are nice but it took over a week to buy a car and when I went to pay my first car payment they wouldn't take a payment over the phone like how I've paid every car payment I've had for almost 20 years. Their hours are standard business hours Monday - Friday, making it difficult for people that work to get there in person, yet you can't pay over the phone. My credit is great and my interest rate was great too, and they are friendly, but very frustrating to work with every time I've had to deal with them. Other credit unions and banks have better hours and better options.

Friendly, fair, accommodating, helpful. Small town, know your name kind of place. Always get my loans through them, easy to work with.

My deposit was in on the 17th and my insurance payment came out on the 19th yet they still hit me with a fee, because PayPal deposits have a two day hold; but I called and talked with a very nice lady who was understanding of my situation and she waived the fee for me. Thank you!

The staff here is SUPER friendly & don't ever make you feel pressured. I've gotten credit building loans, vehicle loans, & personal loans here and they've all been super easy and fairly quick! I recommend this credit union to everyone I hear with complaints about their bank! 😉

The only good thing about this bank is Bernie! I got a loan for a vehicle years ago, while I was still paying on my vehicle I got a divorce. My husband was the co-signer at the time, so he had to be removed. JoAnn, who does the loans reassured me my loan would not change. Unbeknownst to me, she refinanced my loan causing me to pay double what my vehicle was worth. She flat out lied to me, not to mention she is RUDE. I finally closed my account there. I will NEVER go back to a credit union. Especially this one.

They helped me get a car loan that fit my budget. .Fought with the car dealership to get me a fair price on the vechicle i wanted. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a vehicle loan.
