DO NOT BUY A Car from Here!!!!! Always mechanical issues with vehicles, and even when under warranty they will try everything they can not to fix. In short and to keep it simple they only sell lemons.

I enjoyed my time here.. buying a car is always a long process because of all the paperwork. And yet even though we were there all day it didn’t feel like we were. I ended up being approved and got a Chrysler 200 which honestly is in FANTASTIC condition! They were very patient as I looked under 4 different hoods and test drove 3. They didn’t push me into any car, it was solely my decision. I highly recommend this place!!! Tricia and Corinna were absolutely fantastic, felt more like a friendship talking to them then them trying to sell me a car!!!

Great place to go if you're rebuilding your credit and now have a reliable income. Bonus points for very friendly and helpful staff. Katie worked with us, she was up front about the transaction, interest rates, etc. and we felt informed prior to making our decision. We wound up leaving with a vehicle much nicer than I would've considered otherwise. Very pleased with my experience here.

Test drove 3 different vehicles all of which were no good and I got ripped off $100 that I put down to hold which was suppose to only be $50 but they didn't have change! Also not very willing to make a sale if they will only move 3 vehicles to a location closer for customers not a great experience at all and we were returning customers but won't go back

The process was easy and obviously a little stressful as a first time buyer, but everything went super smooth and with proof of insurance and just a down payment I drove away with the car I wanted!

Tricia was much help with us tonight. I was in at 430 and out by 630. I purchased the 2013 Chevy Impala and i am very pleased with the experience. My fiance and i are more than very happy with the service that Tricia provided to us. She even went through online and got me insurance coverage on the spot! They have worked on mine multiple times now and have yet to fix an issue from 11 months ago.. My car is a 2015 and has had over $3,000 in garage expenses. I haven’t even owned it for a year. That being said, at this time we deem your review of Brenner Car Credit to be unfair. We have given you multiple options to fix the outstanding repair, but since these damages occurred after purchasing your vehicle the customer is responsible for all charges. If you wish to move forward with this repair please reach out to your branch manager and they will help you with the repair process. We appreciate you being a Brenner Car Credit Customer. Me: Brenner Car Credit this damage was not done after the purchase, you were called the next day and told about the issue. I have the work order with the managers signature on it and it still didn’t get fixed. So then once again when my car was getting repaired they said they would replace what was supposed to be done under warranty and it again was not. So my review seems to be deemed extremely fair... There has also been no other options to fix this repair other than that ridiculous Jackie you call a manager saying she needs proof, when she signed the paperwork herself.. Your business is extremely unorganized and crooked, I will never recommend anyone to you. As you can see, they do nothing but lie and rip you off!
