Brendan knew the listing agent on my transaction. He promised the realtor that he would close the transaction within 30 days of the offer being accepted which allowed me to compete against cash offers. Brendan asked me to write this review for him and I must say I am really happy to write it. He saved my house! Here’s the story. I actually never even thought about buying a house before but I saw a post from a realtor I am friends with on Facebook about home ownership being easier than people think-so I asked them about it. They referred me to this lender that was in their office they said was great and I got pre approved for a USDA loan with no money down. I was super excited that I would be able to own a home. I spent months researching, driving around looking at houses, and eventually got an offer accepted. I paid for an inspection and an appraisal and gave this horrible mortgage company documents for over 2 months until finally they declined my loan because of some nonsense I still don’t understand. I was totally devastated, then by some miracle I got Brendan’s number from a friend at work and he tells me he can get my house closed in 2 weeks. My realtor and my attorney both tell me that’s impossible and honestly I doubted what he was saying but as a Hail Mary I gave the guy a shot. I will say it actually took 18 days before he closed the deal, not 2 weeks and the seller was going crazy the whole time, but I’m in the house now! Wish I had found him in the first place!
