Bremer Bank W St Germain St, St Cloud

Friend has an account with this bank. I sent him money via Zelle and Bremer would not allow him to get the cash stating his account was locked for a fraud investigation regarding another transaction (that he knew nothing about). Bremer will neither release the funds sent nor will they refund the money back to me. He has called and been given the run around, excuses and different answers. I called and they stated there was nothing they could do unless he called. Informed them he already had and the bank was essentially holding the funds hostage at this point. I have never used this bank and after this experience never will nor will I recommend anyone use them. Sad when I have Wells Fargo and have never had bad customer service like this.

The woman working in the drive-thru window was very rude. I was cashing a check from a business who had an account with them. I would never bank here.

I do like banking through Bremer although I've never had a home loan through them. Their free checking works great for me and I can deposit checks through the app for free. I've walked in there for a car loan on a couple different occasions and walked out the same day with the money. I've really had good luck with them.

This is the best bank in town! We've never once had an issue, and the customer service is always fantastic!
