I have been a member since the early 90's & have been completely satisfied. You've had some great customer service staff to come & go over the years. However; some stand out more than others & that's Jasmine Freeman. She's smiling & greeting you as soon as you enter & treating you like you're family. That special treatment is what makes my banking experience so pleasant. Thank you Jasmine for giving your job your very BEST!!!

I have been a customer of BVSCU for many years and am happy to say that I'm glad I stayed with them for these past three decades.. Everyone who works there is helpful. I'm writing to highly commend one of their workers. Her name is Jasmine Freeman. You'll never see Jasmine without a hearty greeting that makes you smile. She is a delightful person and excellent at her job. All of the BVSCU people are good but to me Jasmine Freeman is great!

Replies quickly to correspondence, unlike another local credit union. Polite. Makes you feel like they want you as a customer/member.

BVSCU is a good bank and one of things that makes it good is the wonderful, personable tellers at the drive through and inside, in particular Jasmine. Her cheery voice will light you up in a second, even if your day is not at its best. Jasmine just makes you feel good! This goes for both my husband and me and that's really saying something because we differ on opinions half the time, but not on this one. She is A+, #1 in our book, a precious person!

I have been banking with BVCU for over a century. This year has definitely been the worst. I’ve had so many issues with my accounts and my brothers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank. The crazy thing is I have before and regret recommending such a bank. Remember just don’t take their word and some of my issue aren’t even in writing in my contacts ( that’s been proven when I requested)and don’t know who to reach out to. Beware 😬

I've been with this bank over 10 years and I Love this place! The workers in the drive-thru are very nice and they make me feel special by knowing my name when I pull up. The ladies inside are very kind,professional and helpful! Especially with loans!
