Very nice folks. When I went in I was politely greeted but not pounced upon. Melanie helped me view a few items and was completely professional. They have a nice selection of jewelry and flat screens at this location. They also have an app that allows you to view there inventory online at all of their locations.

I had some sterling silver to sell and went to North Little Rock store. After confirming it was silver Janice offered me $1.11 per ounce. Melt price was about $24. I chuckled to my self and declined the offer. Had just cleaned the garage and while I was not shabby in appearance I am sure I did not look prosperous. With the money offered she must have been trying to FUNCTIONALLY steal the silver from an uninformed customer. I called the store in Conway and the offered $15.00 per ounce. The store in Little rock offered 90% of melt value The store in Bryant offered 80% off melt value. 90% seemed to high and went to Bryant and sold it there. I would never do business with North Little Rock store. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Donna made it easy for me to sell some US $1 silver coins. I was paid between 80-90% of today's spot value for the precious metals which is a fair deal. Anyone who has visited a pawn shop in the N. Little Rock area knows this is the best company and location. They have private negotiation rooms and if you are paying on a pawned item, there is an app to make it more convenient. The Indian Hills shopping plaza is well kept and full of great places to shop as part of the neighborhood.

My experience with the sales staff was good, one lady was especially kind and helpful. However, I was not impressed by the price of a Gucci shoulder bag because the zipper on the bag was sticking and I was told it was because it had not been used. Wrong answer, I have several luxury bags and this plastic zipper was eventually going to break because it was difficult to move, even the sales lady had trouble zipping and unzipping the bag. I wish they would have at least owned the fact that the zipper was faulty and offered a different price for the bag. I would have instantly purchased the bag. But instead of paying nearly 6 bills for their used handbag, my husband told me to order a new one. Simple sale lost.

Great people they give you top dollar for for things your selling. I won’t be using other pawn brokers since I’ve dealt with them. I bought a sound bar and subwoofer from them not to long ago and they cut me a good deal on less than the price that had on the sticker. I recommend 100%.
