We had 2 deals with Brass financial worth over $1,000,000 total. Neither deal closed on time due to negligence on their part. The owner, Steve, hung up on me when I voiced my dissatisfaction of not meeting deadlines and never once reached out to apologize for his behavior. Would never use them again. As regular investors in jersey shore properties, they don’t care giving up millions of dollars in potential business.

Steve's company's motto Brass has your cash has a nice hook to it. A true hook. I have previously used his services back in 2017 for a flip and the transaction was smooth and fast. Fast forward to today and I used him for a VA loan on my new primary residence. My financial situation isn't vanilla. I own rentals, do flips on top of working my professional full time job.
