Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Simpson Ave, Ocean City

I went to the bank on Monday and saw that their hours have changed 10am. to 4pm. Today, Thursday, I go at 2:00pm only to find out that they are closed up tight. I wish that they communicated this change with their customers. I understand if the current situation affected hours. If I knew via email, I would have gone to another location. Trying to do my part with "staying home". Only doing deposits!

The worst customer service ever. I made a Cheque deposit into an account after waiting for about 15mins to get attended to and I think the lady put it in the wrong account or didn’t do something right. I called to find out about what happened since the money has been deducted from my account but isn’t showing up in the account it’s supposed to be in. And this was after 5 days. I called to ask why, and the lady hanged up in a very rude way whilst I was talking cos she claims she couldn’t understand me. I walk in to the bank settle this then she lies to my face that the line was disconnected. Right ! My money is still missing with the bank at the moment and trying to clear it out .

Never have had a problem. They’ve been helpful with notary services. Most of the staff has been friendly. Sometimes I’m told for faster service use the atm but I never feel put off

Worst bank ever my coworker and i went to cash checks that one of there customers that have an account there wrote us and got discriminated against because we didn't have accounts there bumping us 2-3 times back to let customers who had accounts go before us when we were there first and telling us to go to our own banks to cash the checks there excuse was because they only had 1 teller working while 2 of the I guess managers never asked us if we needed help and keeped on telling us to go to our own banks very unprofessional!!!!

This bank needs to advise their workers how to treat clients. I always use the drive up window and have to wait a really long time for someone to help me. Even after they have taken my checks & deposits slips I have watched them wait on other customers before they will take care of my needs. Many times they are just talking amongst themselves...quite annoying...

Went in today to deposit/cash 2 checks....lady behind the counter looked at me like I had 4 heads...she told me to use mobil ap...or go out and use the machine outside to deposit....I said I wanted some cash back and deposit tge rest....again roller her eyes at me. This location no longer has a drive thru and she was only teller in the bank...by the time I left there at 9:50am there was 5 people in line after me and 5 outside at the machine....I guess she was overwhelmed but I never felt so uncomfortable asking someone to cash a check!

This bank is terrible they wouldn't cash a check for $3,150.00 because I don't have an account and they keep the money for their customers. Well how about your customer who wrote the check?

Bank of America is a horrible bank to deal with they don't play by the rules they make up their own rules.
