Hi Andrew, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. A lot of Insurance Agencies are closed on Saturdays and we're open every Saturday from 9-12 with the exception of holiday weekends. It is very important for us to be there to serve our extremely valued policyholders and I want to take care of you. The person that was working on Saturday left a little early to go to an appointment (we do make housecalls) since we had no in office appointments for the remainder of the morning. Had we known that you were coming in, we would have been here as we are almost any other time. I know that we have worked with you and your needs a number of different times and I trust that you were happy with our service.
