Driving in from Texas (on our way to Virginia) had some car trouble and were directed to the closest Honda dealership. Jason, who assisted us from the Service dept, was friendly and courteous. Time frame to get our alternator replaced ranged from 8a-2p. The reason for 4 stars is no towing availability (as we had to search for our own), time frame was a bit lengthy (dealership had a minimal customers) and Honda part was unavailable so an after market part had to be used w/out warranty offered. However, all in all, the dealership made our short visit in Mississippi pleasant.

Jeff, or sales person was very good and extremely helpful. He secured the car Julie wanted. The General Sales Manager “Jeff” was equally helpful. While this was the strangest car deal I have ever done, so are the times. Covid, really is causing problems with the supply chain, and I am really pleased and pleasantly surprised we were able to find the vehicle we wanted and have it delivered in a timely manner. I credit Jeff our sale person and the General sales manager with this. This is a great dealership, and the maintenance shop is great as well.

The best buying experience ever!! The entire staff was exceptional. I never felt like I was being pressured and Robert and Craig made me feel like they really cared about my needs. The process was probably the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Even with all the crazy car prices they were able to give me a great trade value and give me a fantastic price on the new Honda Ridgeline. Finance was super easy with David and he got me a super low interest rate somehow. I just can’t say enough about this dealership and I love my new Honda Ridgeline.

Excellent service with a smile. I had no issue bringing my vehicle in for its first service. The waiting area is nice and clean and they had good coffee. Would recommend buying a car from here if you decide to go with Honda in the future.

Overall positive experience. The work itself seems to be impeccably done. The service writer, Jason was upfront and accommodating. Only demerit is I had to wait almost 2 days for parts. That aside, I highly recommend Bob Boyte Honda.

Being the former Service/Parts Director and having set up the staff in the drive and detail departments I would not take my car anywhere else. Jonathon and Jakob in detail are hand down the best and take great car of detailing my vehicle. Jason on the service drive is friendly, and accommodating and takes great care of his customers. As Rogers and Eberts would say, “Two big thumbs up” for this service staff!

Robert was very nice and easy to work with. He made our car buying experience quick and easy. The finance department was equally knowledgeable and quick. The only reason for not leaving 5 stars is that the detail/ cleaning could have been a bit better. Overall it was a positive experience and would buy from them again 🙂

Took my pilot for an oil change. Only there for about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Waiting area was nice and clean. It was all.quick and easy. And about $30 cheaper than I’ve been paying. Very pleased.

Not a good impression. I feel I'm being generous giving 2 stars. Communication is poor and delayed me a couple days in my travels by not getting me paperwork next day as promised. Like to pass the buck and make excuses. That never sits well with me. I won't be a repeat customer and can't recommend them. The only thing I will give them a star on is they delivered a new car and my daughter is happy. Otherwise, I feel they took advantage of the new car shortage and didn't even throw in any benefits. They got retail out of me, but it is what it is. No reason to brag on them as they provide a basic dealer service.

Jason has helped me when I came before, and he is very professional in his position. He greets in a courteous way, is detailed with explanations, and offering to wash and vacuum my car is icing on the cake. Based of my observations, he deserves a bonus or an award.
