Excellent experience! I contacted Will on a Monday, had an approval by Tuesday and funding to dealership by Thursday. Very professional, expediant, responsive and courteous the whole time. I’m self employed and financing can be challenging even with my good credit score. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a boat!

Just purchased my first boat through Boat Finance and from the start to the finish was extremely painless and easy!! Marion in the front office was one of the friendliest people I have worked with over the phone. Herself and the finance department were on top of it the whole time.. Will definitely purchase me future boats through them.. Thanks again everybody at Boat Finance!!!

BEWARE – This company is a complete scam. It is simply a front to gather leads of sub-prime borrowers to sell to other companies who market to people with poor credit. They have sales agents who falsely advertise on Craigslist and soon after you apply, your email will be bombarded with “payday” type loan solicitations. The sole communication you will receive from the company will be an email documenting their privacy policy which indicates they share your credit data, but you will NEVER hear anything about a boat loan. I have reported them to both the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Florida Attorney General office.

waste of your time, They told me my credit score was approved then I sent in proof of income which they said was good as well and told me the next step was to find my boat. After many days of looking at boats I finally found my dream boat. When it came time to finance they told me I was denied!! After all that and getting them all the paperwork and them telling me I was approved. What a waste of time.lady over the phone is very rude,dont waste you time with this people,if you credit is not good,they will waste you time

Bought my first bass boat. Wasn't really sure anyone would even talk with me. I was right after several companies, credit score down. I saw Boat Finance LLC. Said on last try, they was the MOST helpful and friendly people to work with. Asked what I'd like to do, I went over my concerns. They came back with a few questions. I replied and with honest answers. I was able to get my first bass boat. Within 3 days I was at the lake. Thank you Boat Finance LLC. Y'all ate the best. I highly recommend them. Hope to more business in the future.

Never had this much problems getting a loan. Wanted us to fill out a paper application and then they wanted us to do it online. But did not let us know that until we called to check on the status. They said we were approved but turns out that was only a pre approval. Had to send over more documents to finally get the real approval. They charged us 10.25% which the dealer said was high and we agreed. Anytime we would call them they just answered the phone with “Hello” which I think is unprofessional. Didn’t even know if I was calling an actual business. I get it everyone’s working from home due to COVID but at least answer your phone business like. The dealer is not even gonna use them for financing anymore as he has had other problems with them too. Be warned using them.

We received a pre-approval from this company. We were then told that we needed to visit the boat yard and pick out a boat and have the purchase agreement forwarded to them to complete the financing process. We picked out a used boat put 10% down and then the lender NEVER returned any calls. This was the most ridiculous experience we have ever had. DO NOT use this company. They lie and then just never call you back.

Not good, Tracy was who I dealt with mostly. She was very convoluted in her explanation of the steps in the process. Talked over me and didn't listen to what I was saying most of the time. Not in a rude way but just impatient like she didn't have the time for me. The loan went through but the boat I had picked turned out to be a lemon. I rolled back the load and attempted to purchase a second boat. I have had a previous load with sst, who is the bank they deal with. That loan was paid off in full, with zero late payments. My Credit score in 700 and above. I make good money and am a very low to zero risk for a loan. Will is the manager of this loan office. When I talked to him about the situation his tone was very stern, coming across as very arrogant. At this point they refused to do a loan on another boat. It cost me a broker fees and another hard pull on my credit to get a second load from another institution. Which went through as smooth as can be. There is clearly some type of discrimination/bias towards me from Boat Finance. Im guessing they had to work a little too hard for it and are simply just lazy. I would not trust them again. At this point I am looking to talk with the federal reserve and my Lawyer about this situation. So word the the wise, be careful with this crew and don't put all your eggs in one basket. They will pull the rug out from under you in a new york minute and waste your time and money.
