Had an great experience dealing with the assistant branch manager Jermin! I was dealing with a time sensitive issue and he quickly took the time to come up with an immediate solution. Very professional thank you again Sir!

I Came In Just For A Debit Card Replacement & I Waited 1 hour & 30 Minutes. The Staff didn’t care and showed no interest of the long wait & one of the bankers skipped me & let 2 people go in front of me. Not to mention they don’t speak or greet nun of the African American customers, they just literally stare at you and walk pass as if you you have not been sitting in the waiting area. Then what topped it off i over heard the manager say she has to go in the middle of the day while it was 6 people waiting. Like what kind of manager are you. It’s like she didn’t give a care in the world that my self and others had been waiting in the lobby all that time. & i went to the counter to ask one of the bankers is there a problem & why does it takes so long & the girl at the counter asked if i could go down the street on Stanly because their wait time is shorter

My husband has been a long time customer of the bank, so I decided to switch to BMO Harris Bank on Cermak four years ago. The tellers are very personable, friendly and quick. We recently transfered our credit card payments to a BMO Credit Card, and pay no intrest for 18 months!!! Its always nice doing business with BMO Harris Bank.

I remember when this place was Lincoln Bank and every Christmas they had Santa upstairs and we use to go get out pictures taken on Santa's lap for free!I even shoveled snow off the roof one winter because my brother worked and got me the job

I was in a rush to go to work and the the branch manager and banker were just sitting there playing around, I had to see a banker and they showed no interest in me. I waited a hour before I left

Worst service and bank possible. Marcela was extremely rude and had an attitude. I was going to continue asking questions she cut me short and said “thank you, you can go now” what kind of service is that? BMO should check who they hire. They also continuously freeze my account and just say it’s under review every other month.

Although I waited a bit to see Diane Lallone in October, it was worth the wait she is one of the best bankers there. She is very informative and knowledgeable. She helped us when a banker at a different branch on Stanley ave messed up our ira accounts. Glad she was able to fix the accounts. I have been going to her for years. And cannot find another banker like her.

Went in today to get some technical help with the BMO Harris App. Maria and Marlene were quick to attend to me and helped solve my issue rather quickly. It is fairly quiet today (Tuesday morning) Keep up the good work.

Their drive thru times should be updated. They do not close at 1 on Saturdays

Best bank in Berwyn / Cicero area !! The staff there is amazing !!
