BMO Harris Bank Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs

Thanks to Yulian and Salomon BMO Harris has always been my main bank for my personal transactions. It has no hidden fees and everything is always free. My only recommendation is that they should create an easy way in online banking to transfer funds to third parties who also have a BMO Harris account instantly to avoid annoying and repetitive Zelle holds or high wire transfer fees. Zelle at this bank is very annoying because they always hold payments and you have to call customer service and wait 48 hours for the payment to be processed and sometimes it takes longer due to weekends or non-working days (this does not happen with other banks) and finally, they should have more Spanish-speaking people in customer service because interpreters are sometimes unprepared and confuse or delay banking operations by not translating the correct information.

Had a great experience dealing with retail Banker yulian Perez opening my account and setting up on line. He was knowledgeable and confident in his information. He restored my confidence in BMO HARRIS as i had a discouraging experience with head office being disorganized when applying for a Heloc(line of credit) Great job...as well manager Dustin will always follow up.

I met with the branch manager to discuss a few options for my financial future. We had a holistic conversation in which he provided me with a couple of solutions that would save me money and earn me better interest at the same time. I left feeling happy and satisfied with my relationship with BMO Harris bank. Will definitely recommend to all my friends!

We asked for a Personal Banker and was told “I see if I can find one take a seat.’ After a little while a teller asked if we were being helped and she went and got a young man to help us. In a private room he did half of the transaction and sent us to a teller to do the second half of it. She tapped away at the computer then asked us what we’re we trying to do and I had to tell her what had to be done. She was very vague and did not instill any confidence in us at all with this transaction. We felt like we understood what had to be done and than she did. This is NOT the Service we usually get from our BMO Harris Bank Personal Banker up north or what we expect from BMO Harris Bank. This is not first time we have received this poor service at the BMO Harris Bank branch in Bonita Springs.

It was such a pleasure working with Galia. She helped me out a few different times with my mom"s account. She was excellent with me and also my little girl, who I had to bring to the bank with me. Amazing Customer Service. She definitely went Above And Beyond. Thank you, Galia

Moving to Florida from Illinois for retirement was made so much easier since we were able to continue with BMO. WE are pleasantly surprised and more than pleased with the Staff at this location. Dustin Broxson the V.P. and branch manager is very accommodating and always makes sure you are treated with respect. The staff follow his lead and are always personable and greet you with a smile. We had a chance to meet with Brian Mazgaj the financial advisor and after consulting with him on his thoughts and strategies to achieve our financial goals we moved our investments under ths BMO umbrella. Recently I had a very positive experience over many days with the Branch Manger Dustin Broxson. I have been a long standing customer of BMO Harris Bank, & specifically Harris Bank. I had problems depositing checks online & some other online problems (BMO has updated online system). Dustin invested the time internally to call organizations who could trace my deposits & ones not clearing bank. Dustin was extemely professional, thorough, intelligent, cares about customers and helped me resolve problems. Dustin is excellent, is appreciated and represents BMO Harris is a very positive manner. It is quality team members like Dustin that makes the BMO Harris touchpoint successful and the reason there are branch banks not forcing customers to have to deal with an unrulely, sometimes undependable & frustrating online world. Hiring quality team members who cares about customers is what it is all about.

Frankly, I love this location. Everyone welcomes me when I walk in. I am always offered a refreshment if I have to wait or sit with a banker - and everyone takes care of me with a smile as if they are truly happy to help. I love the fact that they have a network with ATMs on almost every corner - as I don’t always have time to stop by. I love BMO :)
