Our family have been Libertyville BMO Harris customers since 1978, I opened my business / personal account in 1999 and the last 7 years this place has been less than accommodating very disappointing. We have already closed several accounts and will close the rest before the year's out. There's no loyalty to us so we will have a relationship with another bank. Disappointing - they were a great great bank back in the day.

The branch is easily the most poorly run branch I have seen in 40 years. nobody responds, nobody answers the phone, nobody is ever in the office... Unreal

If you plan on moving out of the Midwest. This bank doesn’t do wire transfers over the phone...they’ll hold your money and prevent you from making your down payment. Wish I could give 0 stars.
