My process went fast they are very nice and professional im glad Roberto and his team got to help us! ☺️

Roberto was very nice but we had some issues through the process. We understand that it has been an extremely busy time for real estate financing but just about every time we recieved estimated closing costs the amount for the earnest money we put down was incorrect and escrow costs were included even though we constantly reminded him we were not doing escrow. Even the final closing statment had the incorrect amount for the earnest money we paid so the title company had to make calls for this to get corrected. Instructions about money wiring were also not very clear or complete so we lost time because we did not know the bank would be calling us to make a confirmation. We also worked with Ivan and had messages and instructions going back and forth with each of them and it was confusing sometimes. We understand they are working with the procedures put in place by their company and have no control over these processes. We wonder if Roberto and Ivan both have been overwhelmed with the workload at this time. When it is as busy as the mortgage industry is we hope they have enough help to keep up with the extra workload. Because of issues getting all the account information requested in the exact way it was wanted, I think working with our local bank, where we have our checking and savings accounts, might have been an easier, smoother process.

I had a VA loan and at closing everything was good. No problems of any kind. I was outta there in less than an hour. They made sure all the i’s were dotted and the t’s crossed. Thanks Roberto and Ivan!

10 stars! We spoke with multiple lenders (4+) that continued to tell us they could not help us or get us approved due to commission based income and other issues. He made this happen at an amazing interest rate and was very diligent, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. We will not use another lender again.
