    For the most part this particular property has been exceptional. However I had issues with my account and a certain bmo Harris employee called was extremely rude and hung up on me. I tried to explain myself and my Co workers witness this very unprofessional help. At the end of this I'm still a customer. You don't just get upset and hang up on the customer. Totally unacceptable under any circumstances. Especially when I was not rude in the least. Thank you Justin Murphy
