BMO Harris Bank Northwest Hwy, Fox River Grove

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my favorite branch!! Patty, Anna, Jen and Erica always go that extra mile to provide outstanding service and support!! When Covid19 went into effect and I wasn't able to do my face to face banking, I was reassured by all of them that all of my banking needs would be met and they exceeded my expectations!! I did a lot of it over the phone and I felt confident and secure every time!! Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and superior customer service!! I'm so glad that I have a bank and bankers that I can trust with my money!!

This is my favorite branch to bank with in the Barrington area. Friendly, upbeat staff! Especially Jennifer:) Every time I am there, she remembers my name, and I hear her call each person who drives up by name and treats everyone so special! It's such a great experience to be recognized.

Although this is a large National Bank the employees at the Fox River Grove branch, gives you that small town feeling of respect, friendlyness, and always willing to talk with you!

Nothing but praise for the entire staff. 30 plus years at this branch. Always helpful and friendly. All questions answered.

Nice staff , but the hours really need to be changed

Nothing but 5-Stars across the board! My family and I have used this branch for close to 20 years now. I have recently begun utilizing their assistance with in person meetings with their banker Annamarie L. She has been nothing short of amazing! Helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Fox River Grove location! They are the friendliest and most professional people I've run across in my personal banking experience. I have several accounts there and when I needed a few immediate and pricey repairs done at my home, they re-financed my then existing 30 year mortgage (at Chase) to a 15 year, at a lower rate, so I could pull some equity out and pay for the necessary repairs. I just had them put a savings account that I keep for my Godson, into an 18 month CD at a great rate and am planning to transfer some of my savings to do the same for myself. I have seen some reviews from folks that blame the bank for lending them "too much money" or not re-financing a bad loan. People should know their own financial limitations. I hope personal responsibility is not just a thing of the past and that most folks will make judgements based on a fair and reasonable scale. Love this bank!

I was told they don’t provide voided checks to help us set up direct deposit at work. I was told a form would be available online. This is wrong. The representative available online told me the needed form is only available at the physical branches. I don’t know why the banker I spoke to didn’t know that when I asked about direct deposit she should just give me a couple copies of the needed form.
