BMO Harris Bank S Cornell Ave, Chicago

This Bank preys on it's own customers, They will overdraw your account on purpose, Account was not overdrawn until they took out a $3:00 dollar ATM fee. Then they charged me $37.00 for overdraft fee, then $7.00 a day each day you are overdrawn. They know I have direct deposit. Why not wait for my next deposit, which is bi weekly.

This place is very unprofessional, and down right racist. First they recorded my information wrong when I opened the account. My debit information was wrong. Then they sent checks to my house with the wrong address on the checks. Then they don’t fulfill their promotions, which makes them a bunch of liars. The Brach manager is a Chinese Racist who expects black men to speak and behave obsequious. I told this unprofessional individual about all the errors that this bank makes, and that the institution has too many young people. After I told him that this savage super teller slaps the desk jumps up and yells out I’m discriminating against him. This bank is ran by Eighth graders, and high schoolers whom don’t have respect for adults. The only people that are welcomed to this bank is little old White lady. Welcome to BMO in America on Hyde park. We steal we lie and we don’t give a damn about your feelings and our banking errors.

Under-staffed location. We had to wait over an hour and a half to see a banker on an issue the teller should have access to resolve. Why would a bank only schedule 1 available banker on a Friday afternoon?

I had a lot of issues opening my bank account online but the people working at this location were very helpful and got everything taken care of.

Both the branch and BMO Harris in general are awful for our small association banking. Online banking is the worst.

This one teller is so unprofessional I have to go thru a hassle with her every time I go there. I have given her accurate identification and account information to acess my account asks me to remove my surgical face mask in global pandemic so she can see my face. If people coming in bank with face mask makes you uneasy you should find a new line of work there’s no way I was doing that with covid-19 still floating around Bmo needs to train this teller .

If there is 0 stars I will rate them zero.This branch changed managers 4 times over the course of 2 years of my banking with them. Now, the new manager and bankers don't even know how to return calls left in their voicemails. This bank just need to close their business. Customers are not happy with them anymore.

I find some tellers incredibly warm and kind and others cold and odd but my general experience has been quite positive

They never answer the phone the whole establishment needs custoner service retraining. Will be closing my account next month...this is really not a good bank AT ALL!!
