Lisa E. (customer service representative / head teller) could NOT have taken better care of our wire transfer needs. Lisa has always treated us like we were the most important part of her day (clearly that could not be the truth). Banking at Blue Ridge Bank is like the "good ole days where you felt welcome and could trust the advice being offered. I highly recommend to others!

Blue Ridge Bank is a terrible representation of local banking. Not only are their records incomplete and inaccurate. They give terrible financial advice and their staff is completely incompetent. If you would like a definitive example of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing then entrust your finances to Blue Ridge Bank. Wholeheartedly looking forward to paying my balance in unrolled pennies and never doing business with anyone associated with this institution again. If zero stars was ever warrented, then this would be the case.

Excellent service from everyone I've encountered here for personal and business banking. I have personal and business accounts as well as 2 home mortgages and business loans from BRB and they have been attentive through the process. Very responsive. Most recently, BRB processed my PPP loan quickly and efficiently and got in funded right away. The working group that is on the PPP project did a great job. Highly recommend. Dan Moskowitz and everyone in Charlottesville office is terffic.
