I honestly don’t know if I can write a review as worthy as Blue Inc Capital deserves. From the moment I called and spoke to Matt, I felt I had hope for a positive solution to my situation that had been dragging on for months. I had pretty much given up and was at a dead-end, until I made the call. Within minutes my angst was gone, because I knew I was talking to a true professional, with not only expert intelligence, but kind hearted compassion for what I was going through. More than once when I thought nobody could help me Matt P. Stepped up to the plate and not only did he serve my every need he was prompt, efficient, FRIENDLY, and very creative. When our residential financing fell through, and our real estate deal was on the precipice of disaster, we reached out and Matt was able to get us closed within 10 business days. Whew. Held our hand every step of the way. Would recommend to fellow real-estate investors or those who are having trouble qualifying for a traditional mortgage.

Patrick has been my broker for 14 years and counting. He's great- thorough, hands on, pleasant and easy to work with!
