The woman that assists me with my W-2 forms is very helpful and has taught me a lot. She has given me helpful tips at my young age. She has done everything perfectly and I trust her opinions and guidance.

#HRBlock #BlockAdvisors never ever use them...14yrs,no problem. This yr a nightmare. Location-Marsh Rd.Wilmington DE. Never ever again. A mistake THEY MADE by entering incorrect direct deposit information is possibly costing me over $2000. Less than helpful...run around..and 12+ hours on hold.

Wow I just got a call from a lady at this office. She wanted to know if we would be doing our taxes here again this year. We have spent considerable money at this place for our taxes in the past, but we will never be coming here again. When asked if we would be coming again this year, I simply stated that we were waiting to see the result of the stimulus. Before I knew it, in a very rude and irritated voice she essentially condemned our decision to wait without offering any reasonable argument to support her opinion. She said, "the stimulus has nothing to do with this." Can you imagine? Then said abruptly, "just call us when you are ready." I thought about just letting it go, but it seemed very condescending, rude, and almost political in its tone. I just had to share it. Unbelievable really considering how avoidable it was. Empathy goes a long way and she showed none. I hope a lesson was learned here considering the fact that my family has had the best financial year so far in terms of income. Our taxes are also very complex this year.

Had a terrible experience here. We were given Kumud as our advisor who comes off as a skilled long term tax preparer. After having a bad first time experience because she didn't know how to work the technology at the new office she was at, we left and had to come back two times because she was confused about our tax filings because we work in pa and live in delaware. After signing off on everything thinking everything was correct we received a phone call from her yesterday stating that she filed our state taxes in correctly and that she would need to redo and would leave them at the front desk for us to collect and sign off on. After picking up the documents from the office from the receptionists, we realized there was no great direction on the post it notes as to what we needed to do. We call kumud and she sounded just as confused as the first time we met with her and is now telling us to not send in the documents until July 10, which was never originally expressed to us and was only told us because we had called her for clarification on everything. Then had the audacity to say if we come back to her next year she would give us a discount. Are you kidding?! Never again would I go back to her. We will instead use turbo tax going forward to avoid horrible situations like this.
