    Insensitive Netspend support for a 5 plus year customer. While on international travel, they froze my account due to fraud protocols even though I was capable of providing plenty of account details, proof of identification, and spending activity. Apparently, their faulty system detected fraud during one of my last transactions on my travel itinerary (mindful not at my first foreign transaction like most international banking measures). The fraud team was completely insensitive to leaving me in a 3rd world country without access to my funds. Their requests called for documents not accessible during travel. Netspend/Bancorp is not built for International use or support. They lost a customer without any empathy. Boycott!

    this institution is accepting fraudulent social security checks from around the country. it has happened to a friend of mine 3 times in 8 months, all checks going to bancorp. do not open any kind of an account with them. your money might be taken too. the person has been working with the social security fraud people for 2 months and know the stolen checks are going to bancorp. be wary if you are doing any kind of business with them.

    I recently opened a Chime account and made 2 deposits, which were within the limits and the next day my account was closed! Now I cannot access my savings, which is ALL the money in my name that was added to Chime! Im being told a check will be mailed to me within 30 days and there is absolutely no human to talk to. DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY ON CHIME!!!

    Worst customer service ever. Went on a cruise on 3/3/19 used card on file for on-board account. Paid bill at end of cruise , now three weeks later they still show pending charge of over $1400 on my account that will not go away. I have called merchant and the merchant offered to fax info on charge but Bancorp said they did not need it. It has now been a month since the cruise and after 6 calls to customer service they still can not release my $1400 dollars that I need for my bills. This is not a credit card this is a debit card that has my money on it. Every time I call they say I will have an update in 3-5 days. I never get any updates I just get told to wait another 3-5 days for another update. Why wont the give me MY MONEY?

    This is by far the worst account I have ever had. After 5 years of having this with constant issues I then find out they locked my account out of no where 1 day before my daughters bday and 2 weeks before Christmas. Claiming I needed to send in a copy of my ID, propf of address and proof of income from my direct deposit, which i did. They then proceeded to tell me that this was not good enough and I had to provide proof of income for the cash deposits i made, what I did was take my money out in large sums from Wal-Mart to avoid there absurd atm fees and debit purchase fees and as I needed to pay bills with my debit card I would then go to walmart and deposit just enough to cover my bills, they wanted proof of income for this when it was the same income from my direct deposits. So how do you provide proof of income that you already provided proof of. I have yet to here back and they are holding over $1700 of ny money. Not to mention netspend is being sued by the FTC for reasons like I just explained and many more. When I call the Bancorp claims it was not them who put the block on my card when i have proof in writing they did, but yet they still claim netspend put the block on, netspend claims that the Bancorp put the block on. Neither of them have had any anwsers to my questions or where my $1700.00 is. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that was not possible he was the highest rep. Exremely rude telling me, what do you not understand we did not put a block on ur card, again I have proof in writing they did. All they do is shift blame on everyone else and yet they still have my money, every penny I have to my name. I cannot even put food on the table for my child or gas in my truck because of what they have done to me. I HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE PRE PAID DEBIT CARD OR SIMPLY OPEN A REAL CHECKING ACCOUNT. IF YOU GET THIS CARD YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    I have a check sent to Bancorp deposit in my time they never deposited it they told me to call bank or call Bancorp they told me to call chime that you tell me to call back and forth if someone don't contact me soon I'm getting a lawyer

    I recently was charged three different transactions to my account in the amount of $420.00 I filed a dispute with account now customer service dispute department, and was denied after submitting all the required legal documentation they ask for. Accountnow/Greendotcorp Bank, has been doing scams to many customers throughout the years, and I have falling into being victimize with their scams and fraud. It is time for our voices to be hear, we are hard working Americans who have families and Many bills to pay, specially during this hard times of Covid-19 situation. I deeply that Accountnow should be investigated for many many fraud that has done to their customers during the las couple of years. Thank you

    There are no Stars for me!! Warning do not use CHIME!!! Someone called from chime telephone number on 4/14 stating they was calling to fix a deposit while on the phone something told me to check my account but I couldn't because I was locked out I tried again only to discover all of 1,661 was gone!!! Leaving me with .61Cent!! I asked the person what happen to my money she said hold on were doing adding your deposit you'll see it all back in a second only for the phone call to end!! I called chime to file a claim that they said would be disputed by the 28th I never authorized this transaction so it should be been place back in my account immediately!!! Especially when they person I talked to in the dispute team was aware of them being hacked!! Everything is just gone I can provide or feed my children I'm scared!!! What else can I do?!!!😢

    Update - I found an email address for somebody in the Delaware headquarters. I sent him a very lengthy complaint letter outlining the entire disaster I had been going through to get my money back from them. I received a reply back saying that he would look into the situation. That didn't sound very promising, but I did receive the check within 5 days of getting his reply. I'm glad the situation is over, but I'm leaving this 1 star review. I hope this helps others in the same situation! RUN AWAY from this place! A previous employer (without letting me know) rolled over my IRA to this company. I quickly faxed over the form to get my funds back from this company. I called them after waiting for 24 business days (processing/mailing time) to find out about the status of my account. I was informed that they had my paperwork, but nobody had started on it yet. Calling their toll free number is a PITA! It is definitely overseas. It is hard to understand what they are saying. And the phone line has constant static and continually cuts out. This company has the WORSE service ever!

    I am writing this review because I spoke with a Rapid representative and they were very unhelpful and when I explained my situation regarding my card all they could say was there is nothing they could do not caring to the situation for the reason I need there help. I accidently deactivated my card from my employer before I received my new card and now I do not have access to my funds on my card due to having to wait 10 business days for the new card. I just simply asked them to please re-activate my old card until my new one arrive and they refuse to do so. I was told to go to my employer for a new card, what was so difficult about reactivating my card knowing I do not have access to my new card or my money I worked hard for I think there service is bad.
