After being manipulated into signing paperwork on a $70,000 truck that we hadn’t even laid eyes on and was promised for the truck to show up on site within a few days… weeks later the truck still is not on the lot and no one could answer when it would arrive. Then when I call to question the situation I get talked over and hung up on. I then received a call from the regional manager saying “his boys tattled on me saying I called them a mother fucker” and speaking to me like he was some sort of high school principal. They obviously don’t care how much money you spend, they’re going to stick up for their “team of boys” that cannot handle conflict or even getting a sale accomplished in a timely manner.

Came into town from 3.5 hours away and had major issues with our Ram 2500. Had to basically roll into the dealership with no breaks. Meet with Wesley in service and he got us right in. He had us diagnosed in a matter of minutes and explained the numerous issues with a price breakdown. He was nice, clear, and spoke to me like a professional and not a mechanic. I didn't feel my generder was an issue like so man other places. They were able to do the repairs that day (a Friday no less) and get us back on the road home.

I HIGHLY recommend buying from this dealership. they went way above and beyond when I traded my truck in for a new car for my wife! Probably the easiest process from start to finish I have ever experienced! Most of the time I would rather get into a bar fight than deal with a car salesman or dealership! But Juan and Albert were very professional and awesome to deal with! this team at Blake Fulenwilder is an example of how car buying should be in Texas!! Thanks guys for making it so easy and I will be back to buy another vehicle from y’all!

I didn't buy or lease from Cole Massey at Blake Fulenwider but I won't hesitate to in the future. I was nearing the end of my lease on a Volvo and wanted to transition into a Jeep Cherokee. Many texts and phone conversations passed between myself and Cole over a 10-day period. He worked tirelessly to solve my issues with a buyout but Volvo leasing has a current policy to only allow buyouts by the lessee or another Volvo dealership. Cole came up with idea after idea in order to work around the issue. In the end, he offered other solutions for me that would result in no financial benefit for himself. He willingly guided me in a direction that only served me and my problem leaving himself completely out of the equation and all his efforts, energy and time benefitting only myself. Customer service for Cole Massey, in my case, was truly service for ONLY the customer. My problem was solved and Cole guided me to a solution where he gained no benefit but this review and my allegiance forever. He's honest, a problem-solver and profoundly dedicated to serving customers even when he knows an immediate sale is not in the cards. I have no hesitation in telling everyone I know who is looking for a hard-working customer-service oriented professional. Cole Massey! Call Cole and his team. You'll be in very good hands.

If I could add more stars I would. I’ve never had such an easy hassle free time getting a vehicle. Clay went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for along with the rest of the guys at the dealership. I will 10000% be back if the need arises and will tell everyone I know as well! Recommend 10/10.

Didn’t put the customer on the top of the list with an honest car buying approach. I’m sure everyone else at this company is good people, but not the salesmanship.

Had a new and hard to find vehicle purchased through them and honestly it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson was Terra and she is very professional, quick to respond to any questions, and most importantly HONEST. I traded in a vehicle with the purchase and the price they gave me for it was excellent. The process was all very quick and they even waited for me despite me showing up past their regular business hours. I would highly recommend Terra and this dealership as a whole to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great place to begin your search for a new or used truck or car. I looked at dealerships from Eastern N.M. to the Metroplex and these folks were head and shoulders above the other dealerships. I guess with the strong market many places to your business for granted and don't put forth much effort to gain your business. Give Terra a call, she'll strive to put you in the "right ride". She, Jonathan and Elijah were all pleasant to work with. The service department seems to carry the same care, I've only had one brief dealing with them but no complaints.

I had an issue with my truck while on a road trip. The mechanics and techs here diagnosed my problem within two hours and got me back on the road. They refused payment since the issue was a simple fix. Shout out to Nathan and Wesley for being so helpful.

This dealership has given me the best service I have ever experienced before. Wesley in services , is the sweetest and most helpful person! He even has came up to the dealership twice on a Sunday to help me out! I definitely recommend. :) Thank yall !

I’m very impressed with our salesman, Clay and definitely Albert, the Finance Manager that assisted us with our purchase.!! Beyond our expectations of customer service..!! Definitely loved the hospitality of this dealership in small town USA. I can honestly say the drive was worth it..!!
